The first month is where we lay the foundation. I come in, assess the full scope of your business, and get everything organized, confirmed, and operational. This covers managing your full timeline and project plan, getting your onboarding systems reviewed and running, finalizing your communication templates, executing your initial client and employee communication, and making sure every checklist and workflow is active and accounted for.
This is a one-time investment. Pricing is custom quoted based on the scope of your business.
Month 2 and Beyond — The Retainer
Once the foundation is set, I stay on as your dedicated operational manager. Every month I handle ongoing system oversight and updates, manage new client onboarding end-to-end, continue executing communication, keep your team and projects coordinated, and stay ahead of anything that could slow your business down before it ever reaches you.
This is a monthly retainer. Pricing is custom quoted based on your ongoing needs.

After your discovery call, we'll align on scope, sign your contract, and get started. From there, I integrate into your existing workflow and become your point of contact for operations. Communication cadence and preferred platforms are established during onboarding so everything runs smoothly from day one.
Yes. I work with a select roster of clients at a time, which means you get dedicated attention without being deprioritized. My capacity is intentional — I only take on clients whose businesses I can genuinely support at a high level.
Absolutely. A contract is required before we begin working together. It protects both of us, outlines the scope of the engagement, and ensures we're fully aligned before anything gets started. No exceptions.
